CIES contracted hotels will honor the discounted rate for any CIES registrant wishing to keep their current reservation. Reservations may be canceled without penalty up to 48 or 72 hours prior to arrival (Hyatt Regency is 48 hours, and Hyatt Centric Brickell or Marriott Biscayne Bay is 72 hours).

The CIES 2020 Miami conference will take place at the Hyatt Regency Miami hotel, which sits next to the heart of Brickell, one of the trendiest neighborhoods in Miami. With its iconic white towers overlooking the Miami River, the conference hotel is connected to the James L. Knight Center. This location puts you steps from the Miami Riverwalk and less than ten minutes from the Port of Miami. Take a short walk to the free Metromover station and ride to destinations like Coral Gables or the Wynwood Arts District. Visit the Brickell City Centre, Little Havana, and explore the Philip and Patricia Frost Museum of Science. Our conference venue will help ensure that your conference experience at CIES 2020 Miami is engaging and motivating.
A block of rooms has been reserved for CIES 2020 Miami participants at the the Hyatt Regency Miami (400 SE 2nd Ave, Miami, FL 33131-2197). Single and double rooms are available for $209 per night. Triple rooms are available for $234 per night and the quadruple rate is $259 per night. All rates will be assessed at a 13% tax.
Check-in and check-out dates between Wednesday, March 18, 2020, and Saturday, March 28, 2020 qualify for the discounted rate. Please note that the hotel is mostly full. There may be some nights available, but a continuous reservation between March 22-26, 2020 is no longer possible. A block of rooms has also been reserved for CIES 2020 Miami participants at the Hyatt Centric Brickell Miami. Approximately 10-minutes walking distance away from the Hyatt Regency, the Hyatt Centric Brickell Miami hotel is located in the heart of Miami’s business and financial district. It offers views of the Biscayne Bay, a rooftop pool, and easy access to South Beach.
A special discounted room rate at the Hyatt Centric Brickell Miami [1102 Brickell Bay Drive Miami, FL, 33131] is available on a first-come, first-serve basis until the room block is sold out. Check-in and check-out dates between Saturday, March 21, 2020 and Friday, March 27, 2020 qualify for the discounted rate. The room block is full on most nights. Single and double rooms are available for $269 per night. Triple rooms are available for $294 per night and the quadruple rate is $319 per night. All rates will be assessed at a 13% tax.

ADDITIONAL OVERFLOW HOTEL
A third block of rooms is available at the Marriott Biscayne Bay, which has access to the Hyatt Regency through the free Metro Mover. The room block is currently full, but the hotel is working to see if they can add additional rooms. Please check the portal frequently as rooms may become available with guest cancellations. The Marriott Biscayne Bay is conveniently located in downtown Miami with waterfront views and access. The hotel offers easy access to many of Miami’s best shopping and dining options.
Rooms at the Marriott Biscayne Bay are available at $269 per night. Check-in time is at 4:00 p.m., and check-out is at noon.
